ArtWorks Coaching Pathway 2023 / 24 Now Open!

ArtWorks Cymru are proud to announce that we are now in a position to open applications for our ArtWorks Coaching Pathway 2023/24.
Following the success of the of the 2020 cohort, ArtWorks Cymru were successful in their application for the continuation of the programme with an emphasis on supporting those who are under-represented / have faced neglect or exclusion from the arts community; we particularly welcome applications from disabled people, Black, Asian and ethnically diverse people.
Returning as Artist-Coaches are:

This allows for the recruitment of four new artist-coaches, ideally, with lived experiences of the characteristics of the groups we want to encourage to apply for this programme. If you are, or know someone who is interested in becoming an Artist-Coach please look through the documents attached and contact Tom Dyer, the Partnership Manager for more information.
Each Artist-Coach will be responsible for nurturing and guiding three artists each who are looking to gain experience in facilitation in the arts all over Wales.
We are keen to work with organisations who are already working with artist facilitators of any art form to benefit from this programme. The programme is starting immediately and will finish with an evaluation in March 2024.

We are hoping to recruit Artist-Coaches and Artists quickly but understand that additional accessibility needs may have to be considered. Please do not let this be a barrier and contact us to make necessary arrangements.
