Ym mis Gorffennaf 2015 fe wnaethom gynnal Charette Gwerthuso Ymchwil ArtWorks Cymru, pan fu cynrychiolwyr partneriaid ArtWorks Cymru yn cydweithio i gynnig dulliau gweithredu ar y cyd ar gyfer ymchwil a gwerthuso. Amcan allweddol y digwyddiad oedd cael gwybodaeth ar effaith a chyfranogiad yng ngweithgareddau craidd y sector.

Fel canlyniad i'r adborth, mae'r tîm Ymchwil a Gwerthuso wedi datblygu dulliau pwrpasol, Cardiau Gwerthuso ArtWorks Cymru a gafodd eu treialu'n ddiweddar gan bartneriaid ArtWorks mewn amrywiaeth o gyd-destunau. Rydym hefyd wedi awgrymu strwythur ar gyfer y Cardiau Gwerthuso sy'n cynnwys themâu'n deillio o Egwyddorion Ansawdd ArtWorks Cymru, fel ffordd o sicrhau y gallai'r system arfaethedig ategu'r adnoddau hyn mewn modd effeithlon.

Nod y Charette dilynol yma yw gwahodd partneriaid ArtWorks i adolygu'r Cardiau Gwerthuso presennol cyn ystyried unrhyw fireinio pellach.

Bydd y prynhawn yn cynnwys
1. Cyflwyno Cardiau Cardiau Gwerthuso ArtWorks Cymru a Chwestiynau
2. Cyflwyno Astudiaethau Achos ACE
Nancy Evans a Louise Shenstone, 'Eich Moddion Eich Iechyd

In July 2015 we hosted an Artworks Cymru Research Evaluation Charette, during which representatives of Artworks Cymru partners worked together to propose joint approaches for research and evaluation. The key objective of the event was to gain insight into the impact of participation on the core activities of the sector.

As a result of feedback, the Research and Evaluation team have developed bespoke methods, Artworks Cymru Evaluation (ACE) Cards, which have recently been tested by Artworks partners in a variety of contexts. In addition, we have suggested a structure for ACE that incorporates themes emerging from the AWC Quality Principles, as a means to ensure that the proposed system could effectively compliment these resources.

The goal of this follow up Charette is to invite Artworks partners to review the current ACE Cards before any further refinements are considered.

The afternoon will consist of:
1. Presentation of Artworks Cymru Evaluation (ACE) Cards + Questions
2. Presentation of ACE Case Studies
Nancy Evans & Louise Shenstone, 'Your Medicines Your Health'
Heidi Wilson & Rose Hazell, 'Strickly Parkinson's'
Louise Maddy, Welsh National Opera, 'InParenthesis Teach'
Adele Gilmore and Staff of the Touch Trust, 'staffs interpretations of their practice'
Louise Jenson, 'STIWIDO; developing creative workshops for people with mental health problems'
3. Try out the ACE cards in small groups:
Encouraging context specific reflections and evaluations of participatory practice.
4. Feedback session: What could be improved?
