Call out for Quality Principles Case Studies

Bu'n wych o'r diwedd i lansio adnodd ar-lein Egwyddorion Ansawdd ArtWorks Cymru ar ôl misoedd o gyfarfodydd gweithgorau a thaith wallgo o amgylch Cymru ym mis Mawrth yn cwrdd â grwpiau ffocws a phrofi'r hyn a wnaethom. Gallwch weld y canlyniadau yn Adnodd Egwyddorion Ansawdd ArtWorks Cymru.
Cafodd naw egwyddor ansawdd eu grwpio dan dri phennawd - bwriad, gweithgaredd a phobl. Cawsant eu cynllunio i dywys ymarferwyr a chomisiynwyr fel ei gilydd. Rydym eisiau iddynt ddechrau sgwrs sy'n gwneud ymarfer da yn well byth. Mae amrywiaeth o ddulliau ac adnoddau i'ch helpu i wneud hyn, ac rydym wrthi'n paratoi'r adnodd ar-lein yn llyfryn, ar gyfer pawb sy'n hoff o brint.
Fodd bynnag, dim ond dechrau'r daith yw hyn. Rydym yn awr yn galw am astudiaethau achos egwyddorion ansawdd. Rydym eisiau gwybod sut ydych chi'n defnyddio'r egwyddorion ansawdd yn ymarferol, sut maent yn eich helpu i ffocysu eich ymarfer, a sut y gwnaethoch eu defnyddio mewn gwahanol gyd-destunau.

• Bod â phrosiect fydd wedi'i gwblhau erbyn mis Mawrth 2017 fan bellaf
• Cysylltu â Rhian Hutchings, Rheolwr Partneriaeth ArtWorks Cymru, a gadael iddi wybod eich bod yn ymgymryd ag astudiaeth achos - bydd yn anfon llyfryn a dalenni gwaith atoch
• Lawrlwytho pro fforma astudiaeth achos
• Cwblhau'r pro fforma ar ddiwedd eich prosiect a'i anfon yn ôl at Rhian Hutchings
It's been fantastic to finally launch the ArtWorks Cymru Quality Principles online resource after months of working group meetings and a crazy tour round Wales in March meeting focus groups and testing out what we made. You can see the results on the ArtWorks Cymru Quality Principles Resource.
The nine quality principles are grouped under three headings – intention, activity and people. They have been designed to be guiding lights for practitioners and commissioners alike. We want them to start a conversation that makes good practice even better. There are a range of tools and resources to help you do this, and we are currently making the online resource into a booklet, for everyone who loves print.
However, this is just the beginning of the journey. We are now putting a call out for quality principle case studies. We want to know how you use the quality principles in practice, how are they helping you to focus your practice, and how did you use them in different contexts.
If you would like to undertake a quality principle case study, here is what you need to do:
• Have a project that will be complete by March 2017 at the latest
• Contact ArtWorks Cymru Partnership Manager Rhian Hutchings and let her know you are undertaking a case study – she will send you a booklet and worksheets
• Download the case study pro forma
• Complete the pro forma at the end of your project and send it back to Rhian Hutchings
