Ym mis Mawrth 2015 symudodd Cynllun Arbennig PHF ArtWorks o'r cyfnod ymchwil i ddechrau adeiladu ei waddol.
Gan ddefnyddio'r dysgu o Artworks, mae'r Galwad i Weithredu'n nodi'r camau gweithredu allweddol i'r sector adeiladu ar ganfyddiadau ArtWorks a chreu gwell cefnogaeth ar gyfer artistiaid. Mae'n nodi'r camau gweithredu y mae'n rhaid wrthynt os ydym i weld y newidiadau mae'n sector eu hangen. Anelwyd rhai o'r argymhellion at grwpiau neilltuol o fewn y 'system' celf gyfranogol. Mae eraill yn berthnasol i bawb ohonom.
In March 2015 the PHF ArtWorks Special Initiative moved from research phase to begin building it's legacy.
Drawing on the learning from ArtWorks, the Call to Action sets out key actions for the sector to build on ArtWorks findings and create better support for artists. It sets out actions that must be taken if we are to see the changes our sector needs. Some of recommendations are aimed at particular groups within the participatory arts ‘system’. Others apply to us all.
