Seed Fund One - four projects funded!

Date: 06/09/2015 | Category: News

The first round of ArtWorks Cymru Seed Fund projects have now been chosen and there are a real range of projects being undertaken over the next 8 months.

New beginnings

Here are the project descriptions:

FIO (previously Youth of Creative Arts) will be exploring a potential training offer for youth arts facilitators in collaboration with Mess up the Mess, and Taking Flight Theatre Company.

Addo and Glyndwr University will explore multi-partner working and look at developing a set of best practice tools that can support artists, commissioners and arts organisations as they develop work together.

South West and Mid Wales Arts and Wellbeing Network will create a toolkit for artists who are delivering work in hospital settings.

Dr Natasha Mayo and Melaneia Warwick will be mapping new paradigms of participatory practice through a series of case studies, and will explore how they can influence curriculum at HEI level.

Keep an eye on the ArtWorks Cymru Blog pages where I'll be posting updates on the projects as they progress. There may also be events connected to the projects, which will be posted on our facebook group.

There will be a second seed fund round opening in January 2016.
