The Quality Principles were created by artists and organisations working in participatory arts in Wales. How do we know when we see / feel / hear quality? What do we need to do to ensure quality? We didn’t really have a framework to help us structure our conversation.
With support from Arts Council of Wales, the ArtWorks Cymru Quality Principles were developed to try to add structure to some of the answers to these questions.
